Order Processing Times

Orders aim to be shipped within 7 working days.

 

Shipping Services

UK orders are sent untracked via Royal Mail 2nd class.

International orders are sent untracked via Royal Mail International Standard unless a tracked service is purchased.
Tracked items are sent via Royal Mail Tracked. International orders typically take 3-4 weeks to arrive at the moment. Sometimes customs clearance is just a bit slow, especially with the pandemic. Delays can be expected. Please double check you provided the correct address. Royal Mail does not consider an international item lost until 25 WORKING DAYS after the DUE DELIVERY date. This means approximately 6 weeks after dispatch. Tracking is available for all international orders if purchased by the buyer.

 

Duties and Taxes

International items are currently sent with Delivery Duty Unpaid (DDU). Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs. These may be charged when the item reaches the destination country. If an item is returned to us due to unpaid fees the item cost will be refunded. Shipping fees will not be refunded.
